The project manager of Nilayo Sports Management Limited, organizers of the Bigi Abeokuta 10 kilometre race, Mr. Seyi Johnson has attributed the successes recorded at the event held on Saturday, November 13, 2021 to team work, passion and the intention to succeed .

Mr. Seyi Johnson noted that the previous races hosted by Nilayo Sports Management Limited (NSML) were top notch, hence the need to reactivate the energy in order to achieve something that’s bigger than past events.

The NSML project manager noted that the preparation behind the scene is always very intense and rigorous, he saluted everyone who worked behind the scene and those who contributed one thing or the other for the success of the event.

He said “Firstly, let me congratulate the Nilayo Sports Management Limited team, it has always been a division of labor, and once again, the team was on top of its game to deliver such a masterpiece”.

“Other stakeholders are also appreciated, the Ogun State government, our sponsors, the volunteers and the media who consistently talked and wrote about the Bigi Abeokuta 10 kilometre race”.

“We are always hungry for success, so we are already looking forward to our next event, by the Grace of God, it will be bigger in every sphere”.

Ismael Sadjo from Cross River state won the two thousand dollars prize money in the male category of the event, while Rose Akusho dominated the female category of the Bigi Abeokuta 10 kilometre race.

Nilayo Sports Management Limited are the right owners of the prestigious Access Bank Lagos City Marathon, the Abeokuta 10 kilometre race, the Remo Ultra Race, the Ijebu Heritage Half Marathon and a host of other sporting events in the country
