Teams have started grabbing their first win of the season as Matchday four of the Nigeria Professional Football League was played on Sunday and Monday across ten centres in the country.
Kano Pillars, Gombe United, Nasarawa united and Shooting stars of Ibadan grabbed their first three points of the season against Enyimba, Lobi Stars, Akwa United and Katsina United respectively.
Kano Pillars finally got their first win of the campaign on Sunday when they hosted Eight times champion Enyimba. Goals from Veteran Rabiu Ali from the spot in the 45th and Kokoette Udoh strike in the 60th minute is all Sai Masu Gida needed to record her first win of the season.

The result in Lafia was Akwa United’s first defeat of the season.
Newly promoted side, Gombe United also secured first win of the season after thrashing Lobi stars three goals to nil. Abdulazeez Yusuf brace and Endurance Ebedebiri own goal is what Gombe needed to secure the three points.
For Oluyole Warriors, Wasiu Alalade 62nd minutes strike earned them the first victory of the season.
In other results, It ended goalless in Port Harcourt as visiting Sunshine Stars continue the search for their first win, MFM suffered heavy defeat against Wikki tourists.
Remo Stars shared spoils against Dakkada in Uyo while Rangers hammered visiting Niger Tornadoes in Enugu.
