The league management Company have confirmed that five substations will be allowed in the 2020/2021 Nigeria Professional football league season.

NIARASPORTS Reported that NPFL 2019/2020 Season ends on Matchday 25 as part of ways to curb Corona Virus.

The Nigeria Football Federation have approved the resumption of the league to start from November 15, after a drought in the league due to the Pandemic outbreak in the country

Meanwhile with the panic in players that there might be experiencing injuries after a long range of inactivity of the league, the LMC boss, following the chats with our correspondent, which it has been confirmed that five substitutions would be allowed in the new season.

Dikko told Punch, “We will use five substitutions among other measure to mitigate against any potential hazards to the players,” Dikko said this on Monday.

Also he added “NPFL clubs are currently preparing for the league restart with several teams participating in different pre-season tournaments across the country”.
