After the 1-0 defeat to Vet Rovers on Tuesday at the Kwara state stadium, Ekiti State University Galaticos Hoach Babajide Coupon expressed his displeasure with their first result in the Nigeria Nationwide League One.
The goal which came in the 85th minutes of the game was like a sting to the Ado-Ekiti based side who were hopeful to secure a point in the last minutes of the match.
Coupon said, “we are in our learning process; this is our first time playing the Nigerian league we are sure to pickup in subsequent matches.”
Galacticos who suffered injury woe in the first 15minutes of the match when Akande Suraj was substituted due to a groin injury affected the attack of the team.
Currently, the team is placed 6th in the table and expected to play on Thursday against Remo stars.
