Nigeria are the ranked the 51st best nation in the world according to the latest FIFA rankings.
The Super Eagles dropped to their current 51st position in the world in December , one place below their 50th place ranking for the month of November.
World football governing body (FIFA) released a new edition of the ranking on Thursday, January 18.
The Super Eagles first match of 2018 will come against Poland on March 23 before facing Serbia in London on March 27.
The top 14 positions remain the same and Germany are the best football nation in the world.
Gernot Rohr’s side will still face DR Congo, England and The Czech republic before the 2018 FIFA World Cup kicks off in Russia.
