The Nigeria forward who scored his 12th goal of the season against Chelsea on Tuesday evening makes Premier League history.
According to Opta, Kelechi Iheanacho is the first player in Premier League history to score on all seven days of the week in the same season.
Iheanacho also holds the record for being the first player to have a goal awarded by the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) in England against Fleetwood Town in the FA Cup.
The forward only got his first goal of the season in 2021 and he is arguably the deadliest striker on the premier league on current form.
Iheanacho who won his first trophy with Leicester City on Saturday with a 1-0 victory against Chelsea in the FA Cup could only get a consolation goal for his team as Chelsea won by two goals to one.
