Nigeria’s Super Falconets have been drawn in Group D for the 2018 Under 20 Women’s World Cup which will take place in France.

The draw for the 2018 FIFA Under 20 Women’s World Cup was made at the Opera House, Rennes on Thursday, March 8.

Super Falconets will face Haiti, China and Germany in Group D at the 2018 FIFA Women’s Under 20 World Cup.

The Nigeria Football Federation took to their twitter handle to wish the Super Falconets well in their campaign at the World Cup.

France who are the host Nation of the 2018 FIFA Women’s World Cup will face Ghana, New Zealand and Netherlands in Group A.

The Super Falconets of Nigeria qualified for the 2018 FIFA Women’s U20 World Cup after they demolished their South African counterparts 6-0 in February at the Sam Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin City, Edo State.

Falconets secured their berth at the World Cup on 8-0 aggregate score line having won the first leg 2-0 in South Africa.

They will begin their campaign with a huge test against Germany at the Stade de Marville in Saint-Malo on Monday, August 6.

Germany edged Nigeria to lift the trophy the two times Nigeria got to the championship final in 2010 in Germany and 2014 in Canada.

Chris Danjuma’s maidens will then be up against Haiti three days later at the same venue, before moving to Dinan-Léhon, where they play China at the Stade du Clos Gastel on Monday, 13th August.
