The Matchday Five of the Nigeria Professional Football League Returns on Sunday with Enyimba hosting newly promoted side, Shooting Stars of Ibadan in Aba with other Nine games to be played in different centers across the country.

Remo Stars, Nasarawa United, and Rivers United are the only teams yet to lose a game this term targeting to maintain their unbeaten run.

Enyimba has suffered two defeats in a row against Rangers and Kano Pillars in matchday three and four respectively.

Shooting Stars on the other side earned her first victory against Katsina United in Ibadan on Monday with Wasiu Alalade’s 62nd minutes strike sealing the first victory for the Oluyole Warriors.

In Ikenne, The tie between Remo Stars and Plateau United is scheduled to take place at the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne-Remo.

While the home side currently occupies the first position in the standings with eight points, the Peace Boys are placed in the eighth spot with six points after just two wins from their last four fixtures.

Remo Stars picked another point on the road after their first maximum points in Lagos in the first game of the NPFL season.

Plateau United, on the other hand, got an emphatic 3-0 victory over Heartland at the New Jos Stadium.

For Rivers United will be visiting Niger Tornadoes with the hope to maintain her unbeaten run in the league.

The Pride of Rivers Earned eight points from two wins and two draws after four matches while Niger Tornadoes managed to earn Four points in four matches.

Tornadoes will be coming from a disappointing 4-0 loss against the Rangers while Rivers will be leveraging on a draw against sunshine stars.

Nasarawa United will travel to Uyo for a clash with Dakkada while MFM will host Abia Warriors in Lagos.
